Cyberattacks are on the rise, but while concern grows across industries, many organizations are still relying on dated approaches to security.

The results of a survey conducted by nonprofit information security advocate ISACA and the RSA Conference, which addresses cybersecurity, found that while 82 percent of cybersecurity and information security professionals reported that their boards are “concerned/very concerned” about cybersecurity, only one in seven (14 percent) of CISOs report directly to the company CEO.
