Big Data’s ever-increasing volume can be intimidating, but some are navigating their ways through the maze and up the ladder to lead the effort for better management. eTERA Consulting has found some of those leaders within its own organization, announcing on Feb. 9 the promotion of Kristin Sunderman to director, client delivery system (CDS), and Jerry Drew to managing director of global operations.

As director of CDS, Sunderman is now tasked with the oversight of eTERA’s invoicing specialists, the data analyst team, the electronically stored information (ESI) group, and business intelligence analysts. Prior to her new appointment, Sunderman served as eTERA’s ESI specialist and Relativity-certified administrator, where she oversaw the implementation and design of processes for documenting events, streamlining activities, and development of procedures related to e-discovery infrastructures.
