Disruptive, innovative , outside-the-box, opportunistic—there are any number of buzzwords that are used to describe legal technology leaders, but “satisfied” is rarely one of them. The contemporary image of the legal tech professional is one of a crusader, rallying the rest of the firm to jump on board with a project; or of a teacher, lecturing the unwashed masses on the joys of e-discovery; or of a warrior, waging a never-ending battle against the dangers of cyberattacks.

So then, riddle me this: Why are leading law firm technologists so darn happy?
