The Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI) has scheduled two in-depth programs for mid-October, including a new federal judges’ training program on the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). EDI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity devoted to studies and training at the intersection of law and technology.

The fifth annual EDI Leadership Summit is scheduled for October 15-16, 2015, at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans. Shari Aberle, partner at Dorsey and Whitney LLP, and Julie Richer, legal technology program manager at American Electric Power, will co-chair the event.
