The acquisition spree for Chicago-based legal process outsourcing (LPO) services provider Inventus continues. First, it was Unified OS, a business and legal processing outsourcing firm with services that include online document review, hosting and production. And now, not satisfied with just one U.K.-based company specializing in e-discovery matters, Inventus turns its attention across the pond once again.
Inventus announced on June 23 that is acquired Kooby, a software development company that focuses on providing leading project management solutions for complex e-discovery matters.
