At Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, our IT team has been addressing the challenge of training our professionals on the ever-growing number of new apps and systems—and everything that goes with them. Hardly a day goes by without more apps and technology being introduced, resulting in more to teach users, who are busier than ever.
To meet the needs of our busy professionals, we have focused on efforts such as “just in time” training, roving trainers and training via small steps, including a “Bring an Apple to Work Day” as well as “Tech Bytes.” Both of these have been very successful.
