Wouldn’t it be nice if we could use technology to quickly provide legal guidance to clients on the routine questions that consume such a large amount of our time? That would free us up to devote more attention to the complex and emerging areas of our practice. We have tried posting FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) on our websites, but it is challenging to know whether clients are using them, and using them correctly. Certainly, there must be technology applications that can make this easier and more defensible.
