E-discovery veteran Michael Arkfeld checks in after wrapping up the second annual Arizona State University-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference "in sunny Phoenix." (He lucked out, it was freezing in Florida, where I had the pleasure of sharing an afternoon spring training game with William Hamilton on the only warm day of my week-long trip. But I digress.)

"It was an exciting conference, with world-class speakers, who were continually challenged by the attendees, befitting a law school setting," reported Arkfeld, in his latest post on his "eLaw Exchange" blog. But the main point of Arkfeld’s note is to toss out an opportunity to the e-discovery community — especially the next generation.
