In a move aimed at further beefing up its offerings to business customers, computer maker Dell announced Monday that it has agreed to acquire Wyse Technology, a manufacturer of thin clients and computer terminals.

Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the second quarter of the year, were not disclosed. PC World estimated the value of the deal at between $400 and $600 million. Bloomberg Businessweek, citing a “person with knowledge of the matter,” pegged the purchase price at $1 billion.
