Illinois-based kCura (www.kcura.com) reports that two firms have purchased its Relativity software for electronic data discovery review.

• Foley Hoag (www.foleyhoag.com) chose Relativity because it increased efficiencies for attorneys performing the review and for administrators, says John Palumbo, senior litigation support manager. The firm uses the software to design and automate workflows, and set custom requirements for batching and distributing documents.
