The Treo 650. I’ve been using the Treo 600 for about six months and it is truly the best phone/PDA converged device on the market. The 650 just makes a good thing better — it addresses the issues that left Treo 600 users wanting more — Bluetooth, a removable battery, and a much better screen resolution. I can’t wait to upgrade.
