AllDrafts: On Monday, Washington state-based contract drafting software provider AllDrafts officially launched as a legal technology company catering to small legal teams and solo practitioners. The company was founded by Bob Pritchett in 2022, and is offering its early access program on June 6. The AllDrafts solution enables users to skirt traditional contracting headaches by allowing copy-paste features from other formats, anonymization of personal information in contracts, redlining, template creature, e-signature capabilities, access to an artificial intelligence assistant, and more, according to the release.
