Earlier this week, e-discovery provider Reveal announced it acquired both Logikcull and IPRO, two major competitors in the e-discovery space.
After the announcement, Reveal founder and CEO Wendell Jisa told Legaltech News that the impetus behind the acquisitions was “to create a two-horse race in this industry” and “a superpower” by combining the three e-discovery companies.
