American Association of Law Libraries: On July 27, the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) announced that June Hsiao Liebert, current director of information services at O’Melveny & Myers, was elected as the organization’s new 2023-2024 president. Liebert’s term officially began on July 18, at the end of the Association’s Annual Meeting & Conference in Boston. This election makes Liebert the first woman Asian American president of AALL, according to a release from the association.
