If 2021 was the year of increased legal tech funding and corresponding M&A explosion, we couldn’t end the year without one more large deal: legal services and e-discovery provider Consilio has announced Tuesday that it has acquired fellow legal services provider Legility.

Legility specializes in a host of legal services, including flexible talent (the company was previously known as Counsel on Call), investigation and litigation support, and e-discovery services.
