Fresh off its Series D $100 million investment in January, contract life cycle management software provider Ironclad announced Wednesday it acquired clickwrap agreement transaction platform PactSafe for an undisclosed sum.

PactSafe’s clickwrap feature will be leveraged by Ironclad, becoming the CLM software company’s second product offering, noted Ironclad CEO Jason Boehmig. He added that acquisition talks began roughly two months ago and were sparked by Ironclad’s goal to become an all-in-one digital contracting provider.
