Covington & Burling has named Daniel P. Cooper as the firm’s new data privacy and cybersecurity practice co-chair.
In that role, Cooper will lead the firm’s European data protection practice and has relocated from London to Brussels to be closer to the institutions and courts that govern European data privacy.
