Seal Software’s contract discovery and analytics solution has been deployed by multinational professional services company Deloitte as a foundational technology in its global compliance and risk practice. The implementation of Seal will enable Deloitte to provide contract discovery and analytics capabilities to their global clients. Clients will have immediate visibility into their contracts in order to mitigate risk and uncover new commercial opportunities based on their existing, and future contractual agreements.

“Using Seal means that the ‘heavy lifting’ of contract reviews and data extraction can be automated, ensuring they can be more effective in providing higher level analysis and services for a client’s portfolio of contracts,” Brian Wick, vice president of marketing at Seal Software, told Legaltech News. “Deloitte’s compliance and risk team can now go places and offer services that they have never previously been able to consider, as the cost, time, and hard work in getting it right was just too difficult previously.”
