Stephenson Harwood corporate partner Jonathan Pittal recently led the firm’s team advising on the £340m sale of private equity-owned Autodata to Solera Holdings, in what was his first deal for the firm after joining from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM). He was formerly co-head of private equity at KWM.
