General Motors has named company veteran Michael Millikin as vice president and general counsel as the car manufacturer attempts to get back up to speed after its recent bankruptcy, reports Corporate Counsel. Millikin, 60, is also a board member of GM's Korean subsidiary, GM Daewoo Auto and Technology Company. He replaces Robert Osborne, who is set to return to his old firm, Chicago's Jenner & Block.
