Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is to lose one its longest-serving partners, with Hamburg-based Jan Willisch set to retire from the firm at the end of this month. The 57-year-old will remain in legal practice, taking up a new role as a partner at 21-lawyer Berlin firm Lindenpartners, which was formed in 2006 by former lawyers of Clifford Chance, Hengeler Mueller and Haarmann Hemmelrath. Willisch's arrival will boost partner headcount at the firm to eleven.
