The UK Borders Agency (UKBA) has amended immigration rules, leaving the path clear for UK law firms to continue recruiting trainees from overseas several years in advance. The changes, effective as of 1 October, give the go-ahead for firms to continue with overseas milkround recruitment schemes in the future and validate hires made over the past four years.
