Stephenson Harwood has hired a new head of its environment practice with a lateral partner hire from Blake Lapthorn. Andrew Wiseman has joined the London office as a partner after about 18 months at Blake Lapthorn. He had previously been a partner at Trowers & Hamlins for 10 years. At Stephenson Harwood he will head a team of 17 lawyers in the environment practice, replacing Michael Woods in the role. Woods left Stephenson Harwood last summer to lead Evershed's environment group from London.
