US telecommunications company Sprint Nextel has appointed Charles Wunsch as its new general counsel and corporate secretary. The appointment was made earlier this month (14 October), with Wunsch replacing Leonard Kennedy. Wunsch joined the company in 1990 and has held various in-house legal roles, including associate general counsel for Sprint PCS. Kennedy left the company after it decided to relocate its headquarters from Virginia to Kansas.
