Almost all Legal Week readers will know of a twitchy colleague who compulsively checks their emails day and night, enslaved by the call of that little flashing red light. In fact, The Diary was recently lucky enough to attend a karaoke evening with a number of lawyers, only to note a less-than-enthuastic chanteuse take a mid-song break to catch up on their e-correspondence.
