DLA Piper is set to open a new office in Romania. The firm is launching in Bucharest next month, bringing its Central and Eastern Europe presence to nine offices in total. The new office will initially focus on corporate, real estate, finance and projects work. It will be headed by corporate lawyer Marian Dinu, who was formerly head of M&A at Linklaters' Bucharest office and general counsel for oil and gas group Petrom, Romania's largest company.
