The Olswang Convergence Consumer Survey 2007 – our third annual survey into UK consumers’ attitudes to convergence and emerging technologies, conducted by YouGov with a survey of more than 1,750 adults and teenagers – contains a wealth of data concerning, among other topics, the rise of in-home wired and wireless networking, media consumption on games consoles and portable devices and the impact of social networking sites.

Striking among the results are those that reflect the challenges thrown up for businesses and lawyers as a result of the growing demand for online content unmatched by willingness to pay.
