Red tape driving UK disputes teams, finds poll
Regulatory work has become an increasingly significant stream of work for the litigation departments of UK and US firms over the last year, according to new research. The annual Fulbright & Jaworski survey of litigation trends found that over half of UK companies (54%) held at least one internal investigation in the past year, while a majority of UK respondents (53%) said regulatory matters topped their list of legal concerns.
