Jack Straw, the newly-installed Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, has unveiled his new ministerial line-up. David Hanson and Michael Wills are named Ministers of State, while former Department for Constitutional Affairs minister Bridget Prentice stays on as a Parliamentary Secretary of State and will drive through the Legal Services Bill. Straw himself will oversee strategy, resourcing, judicial appointments, diversity and Lords reform.
