The City of London Law Society (CLLS) is set to launch a discussion forum for City associates in a bid to address problems facing junior ranks at top UK firms.

The proposal, which is scheduled to be discussed this week at the CLLS’ second meeting of corporate members, will see City associates given an opportunity to raise issues which will then be conveyed back to firms by the body.
