. Olswang has acted for property company Prestbury in setting up a £475m property investment fund, Prestbury I Limited Partnership. Corporate partner Duncan McDonald led the Olswang team.
. Ashurst property partner David Jones has advised Telereal Services on the sale of a former BT building to Yorkshire-based property developer Opus Land. DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary property partner Tim Field advised Opus on the deal. The redevelopment of the property is due to be completed in late 2007.
