CMS Cameron McKenna has completed its first major instruction for buy-out house Duke Street Capital on the £322m sale of its shares in Paragon Healthcare Group to Hg Capital. Corporate partners Andrew Sheach and Jason Zemmel led the team for Duke Street. Linklaters corporate partner Richard Youle acted for Hg Capital.
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has acted for Alternative Investment Market-listed media company Ten Alps on its £12.25m acquisition of UK contract publisher McMillan-Scott. Corporate partner Jonathan Watmough led the team for RPC while Eversheds Manchester corporate partner Danny Hall represented the vendors.
