SJ Berwin has scooped the lead role on France’s biggest private equity fund formation, advising on PAI’s new €2bn (£1.4bn) fundraising.
Partner Josyane Gold is advising the French private equity house on the fund, which is being carried out under UK and French law. The top 20 London firm’s Paris arm is also working on the transaction.
