Hammonds has taken advantage of the current confidence in the Alternative Investment Market to act on three floats in the space of one week, advising the backers on the listings of US company Solar Integrated Technologies (SAT), Urban Dining and Star Energy.
The firm acted for established private equity client KBC Peel Hunt on the flotations of both SAT, a photovoltaic roof systems manufacturer, and Urban Dining, an acquisition vehicle set up by former board members of Pizza Express to buy up smaller restaurant chains.
