Simmons & Simmons has appointed Jack Su as a foreign legal consultant in the firm’s corporate practice in Hong Kong.
Su, previously a special attorney at the local branch of New York’s Shearman & Sterling, is joining Simmons to work on M&A and projects. Before working at Shearmans, he was general counsel for Vivendi Water Asia. Simmons Hong Kong corporate head Nick Norris said: “We are seeing significant opportunities for projects-related M&A transactions in this region.”
