Chief executive officers (CEOs) at top global companies do not believe that current corporate governance regimes will lead to more ethical behaviour, a survey has revealed.
Only 19% of 250 CEOs polled worldwide strongly agreed that more stringent corporate governance would lead to improved ethical behaviour. In Europe, that figure fell to just 13%.
