Nestle has finalised a root-and-branch review of its external legal panel with the appointment of Norton Rose as its primary European corporate M&A adviser.

The review – which was led by Nestle’s Swiss HQ and involved the majority of the City’s leading firms – saw the client overlook its previous advisers, which have included Allen & Overy, CMS Cameron McKenna and White & Case.
