Chicago’s Kirkland & Ellis has launched a UK finance practice at its London arm with the transfer of partner Bronwen Jones to lead a four-associate team.
Jones, who is dual-qualified in US and UK law, moved to Kirklands’ 13-partner London branch on 1 February after three years in the firm’s New York office, which she joined from top 10 London firm Ashurst Morris Crisp in 2000.
