Boekel de Neree’s IP head, Jacqueline Schaap, is to leave the top 10 Dutch firm to join a ground-breaking boutique set up by a group of senior Amsterdam lawyers.
The highly-rated Schaap will become one of four equity partners who will launch the new venture, headed by senior Allen & Overy IP partner Sven Klos.
