Sidley Austin Brown & Wood is being investigated for alleged age discrimination in a move that could see it forced to re-instate 32 partners.
The allegations, which are being investigated by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), were levelled against legacy Chicago firm Sidley & Austin, which merged last year with New York’s Brown & Wood.
