Big Five accountant Deloitte & Touche has extended its legal arm into Austria after linking with three-partner M&A firm Brauneis Klauser & Praendl.
The Viennese firm will not share profits with the accountant because of local bar rules that forbid full multi-disciplinary partnerships, but will operate as a network member.
