Ashurst Morris Crisp, led by corporate partner James Perry, advised Skandia Media Invest on its $8.4m (£5.6m) equity investment in FBC (Factbased Communications), a television and website content provider based in Rome.

FBC produces a TV programme called the International Herald Tribune Global Economics Review, which it licenses around the world. Herbert Smith, led by corporate assistant Andrew Crooke, and US firm Grubman Indursky & Schindler advised FBC.
