Nottingham-based Browne Jacob-son is preparing itself for an assault on the Birmingham commercial market.
The firm, which also has a five-partner office in
London, set up in the West Midlands office 18 months ago to practise insurance.
“At present we only have insurance and commercial property departments in Birmingham,” said
Nottingham-based head of corporate Rob Metcalf, “but we are planning to grow the office to include corporate and banking services. “He said that the firm intended to expand with a mixture of lateral hires and a number of partner relocations from Nottingham.
