The London office of Addleshaw Booth & Co has boosted its corporate finance practice by hiring a senior associate from Dechert, the new firm produced by the merger of Titmuss Sainer Dechert and its US ally Dechert Price & Rhoads.
John Hiscocks will join Addleshaws’ London office as a partner in September.

He said the move was unrelated to the merger, announced earlier this month, which
created a 580-lawyer firm with 10 offices in the US and Europe.
