Kirkland & Ellis and Latham & Watkins have taken roles on U.S. private equity giant Thoma Bravo’s £4.3 billion acquisition of U.K. cyber security company Darktrace, in the latest sign of U.S. private equity majors collecting U.K. Plcs.

Kirkland is acting for the Chicago-headquartered private equity firm, while Latham is advising Darktrace, according to a statement to the market.
