Latham & Watkins and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer have picked up mandates on the latest blockbuster London IPO, as cybersecurity firm Darktrace announces its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange. 

The public float is the second multi-billion pound IPO the two firms have worked together on recently, following the Deliveroo IPO in March, which got off to a rocky start when its share price fell by double-digits on its market debut.
