The Indian firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has expanded its corporate offering with a six-partner team hire.
Gurgaon-based mergers and acquisitions partner Amit Khansaheb is leading a group of 38 lawyers who are joining Shardul Amarchand from the legal arm of local professional services firm BMR Advisors. Other partners include private equity and venture capital specialists Roshan Thomas and Siddharth Nair in Bengaluru and capital markets lawyer Kaushik Mukherjee in Mumbai.
