MinterEllison’s Hong Kong-based head of energy and infrastructure for Asia, Sam Farrands, has left to join King & Wood Mallesons as Hong Kong head of projects.

Farrands has advised on several public–private partnership projects in Hong Kong, including the New Central Harbourfront—a recently completed multipurpose events and creational space at the heart of the city’s financial district.
