DLA Piper has hired a restructuring partner in Hong Kong.
Andrew Payne joined the firm from Hong Kong-based Clearwater Capital Partners, where he was seconded as in-house counsel from Ashurst. Payne has represented financiers, creditors, liquidators and other investors in debt restructuring transactions across Asian jurisdictions. He also advises private equity firms on leverage buyouts and fund formation.
