Clifford Chance is hiring a new corporate partner in Hong Kong in a bid to enhance its offering to local clients.

Frank Yuen has been a partner at local law firm Woo Kwan Lee & Lo since 1997. Yuen focuses his practice on Hong Kong listings and related public mergers and acquisitions. In 2015, he represented billionaire Li Ka-shing on a major reorganization of his $97 billion business empire. The deal included an assets merger and separation of Li’s two flagship companies—Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. and Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. In 2014, he also advised Hong Kong Electric Investments Ltd., a power company controlled by Li, on a $3.1 billion initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
